Life Groups are the best way to Connect, Grow and Serve with other people at NCC. To grow spiritually we have to connect relationally. Groups are the best way to build Christian community and grow spiritually.
We have all different types of groups meeting in different spaces and places. Each life group is different. They typically meet weekly but have schedules that flow based on their members. A Life Group consists of 8-12 people who commit to meet for a 6 to 10 week season. Whether you need prayer or just want to ask some questions, we would love to connect with you.

Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith. Alpha is designed with the purpose of creating a space where people can come as they are, and bring their friends for a conversation about faith, life and God. Join us as we share a meal, watch a video, and have an open conversation! Each session explores the big questions around faith and the basics of Christianity, addressing questions like Is There More To Life Than This? and Who is Jesus? and How can we have faith? and How does God guide us? A 10-week small group experience designed to connect people with God, the church, and their purpose. Rooted is built on 7 rhythms that will shape and grow your faith and connect you to a meaningful community! Each week the Rooted material asks thought provoking questions, guides the group in conversations, and pushes us to go deeper as we strive to see God as He really is. The best part, you’re not alone in that journey! Whether you have been following Jesus for decades, or question if He is even real, Rooted is for everyone.
Many people don’t see themselves as leaders. At NCC, however, we believe that God has shaped each of us to uniquely minister to others. Leadership is more about a willingness to help other grow in their faith and connect with others. It’s about listening more than giving answers. It’s more about relationships than Bible knowledge. Leadership is simply a willingness to show up, a willingness to invest in others and understand that we are called to serve others, not be served.
